Every trip is assigned a dedicated, professional Planning Coordinator who is with you from start to finish. Our team is highly qualified and experienced, their insight and expertise handling every detail. Our team works within your budget and will ensure an outstanding, fun-filled, safe, and memorable trip.
From quoting - to the final itinerary - to the execution of your group’s trip, we manage all details and leave nothing to chance. If you incur any additional expense as a result of our planning, we’ll cover the costs. Also, we never nickle-and-dime our groups with extra fees or charges.
Our goal is to make the job of the Group Leader easy and stress-free. Our automated payment system manages it all. Each participant can either pay online, or mail us their payment. We track and report the group sign-up and payment progress and you can view it any time via your trip web portal.
Safety - Our Commitment to You: Safety is number one. We work closely with tried and tested vendors. We ensure that all venues, lodging, and restaurant vendors have a proven track record. We insure that our motor coach operators are fully insured and that they follow all USDOT regulations. Overnight hotel security services are always available and offered to every group. Huddletrip is fully insured and we require all transportation vendor to maintain their current policy on file with us.
Huddletrip offers a number of flexible payment plans.
|Online payments for your group (we also accept money orders or cashier checks for individuals with-
out access to the internet or a debit/credit card)
|Flexible payments made by the Trip Planner to Huddletrip as monies are collected.|
• We require a down payment (usually $100.00 per person) and all final payments due 45 days prior to the trip departure
• All trip payments are held and insured via our consumer protection plan
• Trip Cancellation Insurance is available.
